There are 97 apartments and an upmarket restaurant in this building, serviced by four lifts and having three levels of carpark together with a swimming pool, gymnasium and sauna. As this is a newly refurbished government office building there are a number of teething problems when it is converted to residential and it has been my role to have the developer comply with the plans and contractual agreements entered into by the purchasers.
